LAFC SIGNING Luis Muller

LAFC announced today that the Club has signed forward Luis Müller from LAFC2 through 2024, with options through 2025 and 2026. He will occupy an International Roster Slot.

Müller, 23, appeared on the bench for LAFC against Nashville on March 23, and against the Galaxy on April 6, before making his MLS debut versus the New York Red Bulls on April 20 at BMO Stadium. Müller replaced Cristian Olivera in the 89th minute of that match, which ended in a 2-2 draw.

Müller first joined LAFC by signing an MLS NEXT Pro contract with LAFC2 on March 11, 2024. Müller celebrated his LAFC2 debut by scoring two goals and making one assist during a 4-1 win over Minnesota United FC 2 on March 17 at Titan Stadium. Overall, Müller has recorded five goals and two assists in five appearances for LAFC2.

A native of Cottbus, Germany, Müller began his youth career with German clubs FC Energie Cottbus, FC Köln, and FC Viktoria Köln. Müller then joined California Baptist University, where he made 69 appearances and recorded 26 goals and 19 assists in four seasons (2020-2023) before joining LAFC2.
