Blank Space 1080x100

Los Angeles,

The recent fires have had a devastating impact on our city. LAFC is here to support our community during this challenging time. In the coming weeks and months, LAFC will work to unite and rebuild our city through the beautiful game. Please join us, standing shoulder to shoulder in supporting our city and community.

What LAFC is doing:

Through the LAFC Foundation, we are supporting International Medical Corps, LAFD and CAL FIRE among others and will be focused on both relief and recovery efforts throughout the 2025 season. On Friday, Jan. 17, LAFC hosted a recovery resource fair at BMO Stadium to provide necessities for those in need.

SHOULDER TO SHOULDER: LAFC WORKS TO SUPPORT LOS ANGELES FIRE RELIEF EFFORTS

LAFC is working to support Los Angeles through this devastating crisis by standing shoulder to shoulder with groups and organizations working to help keep the L.A. community safe.

LAFC remains committed to helping support recovery efforts both immediate and in the long-term. We will continue to provide updates on LAFC's support for fire relief efforts and opportunities for community memebers to get involved.

  • LAFC will be donating match proceeds to support those affected by the wildfires. A portion of revenue from the Concacaf Championship Cup and other designated matches will be donated to those affected by the wildfires.
  • LAFC is setting up a donation drive at each Concacaf Championship Cup match that will allow fans and members to give.
  • The LAFC Foundation is donating $100,000 to benefit the International Medical Corps (IMC), which has deployed a response team to areas impacted by the fires and is providing essential relief supplies to support affected communities, health facilities and local organizations.
  • The 3252 Independent Supporters Union collected donations of water at BMO Stadium Jan. 10 and delivered three trucks of water to fire stations in affected areas in Pasadena and Altadena. The 3252 will continue to organize relief efforts throughout this crisis.
  • LAFC Foundation grantee Thinkwatts hosted a relief event in the Gold Lot at BMO Stadium on Saturday, Jan. 10 from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Volunteers will assist in assembling care packages and delivering supplies to local shelters housing those displaced by the fires.
  • On Monday, Jan. 20, LAFC community partner LA Works hosted its annual MLK Day of Service at the L.A. Memorial Coliseum, with the event’s activities shifting to support recovery efforts to help individuals and families affected by the disaster. Activities included: blanket-making, assembling meal kits, preparing hygiene kits, and more.
