The Los Angeles Football Club (LAFC) has loaned defender Tristan Blackmon and attacker Josh Pérez to Phoenix Rising FC of the United Soccer League (USL).

Per the Right of Recall incorporated in the loan agreements, LAFC retains the right to recall the players at any point during the remainder of the MLS regular season, subject to MLS roster compliance guidelines.

This will be Blackmon’s second loan spell with Phoenix after going the distance in a pair of 4-0 wins for the Rising last month. Blackmon, 21, was recalled by LAFC ahead of the team’s road match against Toronto FC on September 1, in which he played the last three minutes of the 4-2 victory.

Pérez, who was acquired by the Black & Gold on August 8 from Serie A side Fiorentina, has yet to feature for the Club this season. Prior to MLS, the 20-year-old attacker appeared in 46 games in the Italian Campionato Primavera 1, scoring 17 goals and adding 14 assists for Fiorentina’s U-19 squad.

Pérez came through the ranks of U.S. youth soccer, earning call-ups to the U-17, U-19 and U-20 teams, including a spot on the U.S. U-17 FIFA World Cup roster in 2015.
