The Los Angeles Football Club (LAFC) announced today the signing of 18-year-old attacker Steeve Saint-Duc. Saint-Duc will be added to LAFC’s roster when the secondary transfer window opens on July 10.

“At just 18 years old, Steeve has the best years of his career ahead of him,” said LAFC EVP of Soccer Operations and General Manager John Thorrington. “We look forward to helping Steeve with his development and continued growth as a professional.”

Saint-Duc was voted Most Valuable Player after earning Golden Boot honors and guiding Haiti to the 2016 Caribbean Football Union’s U-17 Championship. A product of Haiti’s youth national team, Saint-Duc also captained the Haitian U-17 side at last year’s 2017 CONCACAF U-17 Championship.

Additionally, LAFC announced today that the Club has waived forward Rodrigo Pacheco. Pacheco, who arrived on a one-year loan on September 6, 2017, made his lone appearance in the Club’s 5-0 loss against Atlanta United FC on April 7.
