LAFC will celebrate Latin American Heritage Night presented by Estrella TV on Sunday, Sept. 18 when they host the Houston Dynamo at 7:30 p.m. PT at Banc of California Stadium.
In addition to a pre-match Fan Fest on Christmas Tree Lane, the first 10,000 fans in attendance will receive a free LAFC keychain courtesy of Estrella TV.
The night will also feature special pregame appearances by legendary TV and Radio personality Don Cheto – who will serve as the Honorary Falconer during the pregame ceremony - and WBC Interim World Champion boxer, and Los Angeles native Adelaida “La Cobra” Ruiz.
Mariachi Las Catrinas, an all-female mariachi group from the Boyle Heights neighborhood of Los Angeles Fans is scheduled for pre-game and halftime performances, and fans will also be treated to a post-match firework show featuring pyrotechnics and lasers choreographed to a playlist of Latin music curated by LAFC’s Latin American DJs.
