Diego Rossi made quick work of his business on Sunday for LAFC.
The Uruguayan attacker scored once in the 5th minute and again in the 15th minute of LAFC's 2-2 draw with the Vancouver Whitecaps. On Monday, Rossi was named to the MLS Team of the Week as a substitute for Week 34.
The two goals brought Rossi's total to 12 on the season, just one behind Carlos Vela's team-leading total of 13. LAFC earned a point with the draw, setting a new MLS record for points by an expansion team in its inaugural season with 57.
