The new guys (2018): In a market where new or newly-relocated franchises often have trouble earning their keep, Los Angeles Football Club was a success almost from the beginning, both on the field and in the stands. It is the product of 3-1/2 years’ preparation before the first game, which included cultivating a fan base (and letting them have a voice in things like the colors and logo) and building a jewel of a soccer stadium on the site of the former Sports Arena. The 3252 supporters group is a central figure in the best game atmosphere of any team in SoCal.
Maybe some other SoCal franchises should take note.
