LAFC and Belgian side Lommel SK have mutually agreed to the early termination of Filip Krastev’s loan agreement.
Krastev joined LAFC on loan on Jul. 26, 2023 and went on to score his first goal in Black & Gold during his club debut just 10 minutes after entering the pitch in place of Dénis Bouanga in the 76th minute of LAFC's 4-1 Leagues Cup win vs. Real Salt Lake on Aug. 8, 2023 at BMO Stadium. Overall, Krastev made 12 appearances, registered two goals across all competitions and helped LAFC claim the 2023 Western Conference Title en route the club’s second-consecutive MLS Cup appearance.
