LAFC announced today that the Club has signed midfielder Daniel Crisostomo to a second short-term loan agreement from Club affiliate Las Vegas Lights of the USL.
Per MLS rules, the short-term agreement allows clubs to sign players on loan from their affiliate for MLS, U.S. Open Cup, CONCACAF Champions League, Canadian Championship and exhibition matches.
Crisostomo was signed to a short-term loan agreement on May 21 and came on as a substitute in the 69th minute of LAFC’s 2-0 win over Columbus.
In 10 games for LAFC last season (5 starts), Crisostomo played 393 minutes and registered one assist. The 25-year-old has started and played in 12 matches for Las Vegas in 2022, recording one goal and one assist in 1,080 minutes.
A native of Fontana, Calif. Crisostomo has also played for Orange County SC (2019-2020) and starred in college at UC Irvine, where he was named the 2018 Big West Midfielder of the Year and selected to the 2018 All-Big West First Team.
