LAFC and the Colorado Rapids played to a 0-0 draw Wednesday night at BMO Stadium. LAFC now stands at 5W-2L-2D on the season for 17 points, while Colorado moves to 4W-4L-1D after taking their first-ever point at BMO Stadium in ten total matches.
The Black & Gold did not record a shot on target in the first half but Hugo Lloris recorded three acrobatic saves to keep the score tied 0-0 at half.
LAFC’s best chance of the night came moments after a corner kick in the 56th minute, when midfielder Mathieu Choinière’s first-time shot hit the crossbar and the post before bounding away from the Rapids’ goal.
Back-to-back shots in the 65th and 66th minutes by forward Jacob Shaffelburg, making his first ever start for LAFC, missed wide and were saved by Rapids goalkeeper Zack Steffen, respectively.Â
Hugo Lloris collected his seventh clean sheet in MLS play in 2026, which leads Major League Soccer.

- Stephen Eustáquio entered the game in the 67th minute replacing Mathieu Choinière. This was Eustáquio's first appearance for the club since the 1-1 draw with Alajuelense in the Champions Cup on March 10. He had missed the last eight games in all competitions with a leg injury.
