LAFC announced today that midfielder Timothy Tillman has been called to join the U.S. Men’s National Team’s annual January training camp in Orlando, Florida.
Tillman, 25, is one of 15 players getting their first call-up for the USMNT and is part of 25 MLS-based players participating in January’s camp. Tillman joined LAFC ahead of the 2023 MLS regular season, making his debut during the 3-2 win vs. Portland on March 4 at BMO Stadium, and made 25 regular season appearances (20 starts), registering four goals and one assist.
The training camp will run from Jan. 8-16 in Orlando. The team will then head to San Antonio to open its 2024 schedule with a friendly against Slovenia on Jan. 20 at Toyota Field. Coverage of the USA’s first match of the year begins at 3 p.m. ET (2 p.m. CT) on TNT, Telemundo, Universo, MAX, and Peacock. Live Spanish-language audio for the match will be available on Fútbol de Primera radio.
