LAFC defeated Orange County SC of the United Soccer League (USL) 5-1 on Tuesday night at Banc of California Stadium behind goals from Danny Musovski, Cristian Arango, and Cal Jennings. This win advances LAFC to the Round of 32 of the 2022 Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup.
Musovski and Arango each scored two goals for LAFC, as they improved to 6-2-0 in the Open Cup.
The Black & Gold return to MLS action on Sunday, April 24 when they travel to take on FC Cincinnati at 2:00 p.m. PT on FS1, FOX Deportes, ESPN 710 AM, and 980 AM La Mera La Mera.
U.S. Soccer will conduct the Round of 32 Draw this Thursday, April 21 at 9:00am PT. Teams will be pooled geographically into groups of four, with the Division I clubs remaining in the competition being placed in different groups.
